Triggering through a SFDC Project

Hi Marketo Nation - within an opportunity in SFDC we have a section called "Projects". I am wondering how I can trigger off of a "project status" update in this section. I have provided an image attached for reference. I'd like to automate sending an email out based on this field being updated.

Anyone have any insight on how to accomplish this? Thanks!

Please remove the attachment from your post and paste the image inline. Not all Nation users can see attachments, which makes them very confusing.
