Trigger on new ZoomInfo leads

Im setting up a trigger for a smart campaign to listen for new users added from zoom info - these users are deanonymized and added to the " Master list"

 

My smart campaign trigger is set to listen for new users created - 

First question

Person created-source type, is this Webservice API or Webservice API- import list when choosing the source type, 

Below is a screen shot of my smart list set up - Is the member of list needed here? -as a side note , we are connected to 2 different CRM partitions, they are however split into different workspaces

First place to look is in the Activity Log for a ZoomInfo-created record. Does the integration add people to lists via the API? I know it reads people from static lists. Looking at the ActLog will tell you with 100% certainty.
