trigger for email in marketo sales insight

Hi,

i would like to create a view for the sales rep in Marketo Sales insight to identify who received an email within their contacts or leads?

What would be the field that i should use; "Was sent an email" is not available as a filter in Salesforce.

Should i use "last interesting moment Desc" contains...?

Can you please help me

I don't think you can do this in SFDC.

You can do a smart list on this using Was Sent Sales Email + Lead Owner.

Thank you for the answer. I actually created a smart campaign to add an Interesting moment to all those contacts/leads who received an invitation.

So then, in Salesforce, I can create a Contact/lead view with the filter : “Last Interesting moment” contains…”name of my interesting moment”

I think it should be fine.

Alix, that sounds like a good workaround -- except it literally is only the last IM.  If you're using IMs for anything else, that's not going to be so reliable.  We are using Flows to create SFDC Tasks on the Contact when this needs to be tracked.
