Trigger email send for weekdays only

Hi Marketeers,

I have an existing Trigger smart campaign that sends emails when a form is filled out. I wanted to see if the Welcome email I send the registrant could be delayed until it is a Monday if the trigger fires over the weekend. Is there something I could add to the flow action to enable this feature?

You can look at a Wait step with Advanced Wait Properties → Must End On = Mon-Fri.

Not sure if this is a great approach, though. What do you gain by making them wait 48 hours to know if their form was posted successfully?

Hi thanks for the response, this will probably do the trick!

You raise a good point, its not the Welcome email but another email that makes more sense with our business process to be delivered on a business day.
