Trigger Email base on Credit Card Expiration Dates

Here is our specific use case.  When a customer comes up for annual product renewal we want to send a different email to those customers whose CC on file is expired or is about to expire versus the customers who's card is valid.

In our former system we had the ability to search ccexpirationdate+35  which equals only those records with cc expiring in less than 35 days in the future. (as compared to sysdate or rundate)

I am looking for a way to do that in Marketo.  Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Hi Eric, there's a thread here that discusses similar concepts:  https://community.marketo.com/MarketoDiscussionDetail?id=90650000000Pm3JAAS

There are also a bunch of other conversations, including some that were pretty recent involving webhooks as an idea, or time/date stamping to accomplish what you're looking to do. Best of luck!

What Dory said works well. You should be able to use the advanced wait step to trigger off a date token.

Thank you Dory and Jace -

I was not aware of the advanced wait steps.  Thanks for your help.  Happy Holidays!
