Trigger Campaign Wait Step

Hi,

We have several people in what step in a Trigger campaign (known people)

1. Is there a way to identify everyone who is in each of the wait steps? We have three wait steps.

2. Does using "Override Campaign Priority" help move people through the wait step faster?

Thank you!

No. The Campaign Activity report will show you how many people there are in wait steps, but it won't tell you who it is. And there is no Smart List filter to find people in wait steps.

No. Trigger Campaign Priority means the order in which specific Flow Steps are executed when there's a bottleneck. See: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/knowledgebase/how-campaign-processing-works/ta-p/248264

If you don't like your wait times anymore, you'll have to abort the campaign and run it again with different wait steps. Which of course can be tricky as you can't really determine who's at what stage. You might need to filter on the flow step that's in between these waits, such as "Has been sent email A".

Not automatically. I like to set an Interesting Moment before someone enters a Wait.

What do you mean by “through the Wait step faster”? Campaign Priority is more about starting the flow as a whole faster.
