Transitioning leads who have exhausted content in an engagement program

Is there a way to transition leads from stream one to stream two with the criteria that they've exhausted the content in stream one? Feeling like I'm missing something on how to automate this.

I would suggest a separate batch campaign that runs nightly or however often required, to move exhausted leads from one stream (or program) to another.

Hi Natalie, there are ideas in the community to create a trigger for when content is exhausted, but they currently haven't been implemented. That said, you could create a batch campaign that would move exhausted people to the next stream, or make some kind of change on the person's record that would correlate with your triggered transition rules to get them to change to the next stream.

Use the filter Member of Engagement Program with the constraint "Exhausted Content".  Unfortunately we won't be adding a trigger for Exhausted Content due to performance concerns.

Cheryl, don't transition rules require a trigger to be active? So the filter that you've suggested could be in addition to some other trigger in the transition rules, or as the filter for the batch campaign suggested above, but it wouldn't be able to function alone within the transition rules.

Thank you Cheryl and Dory. I've set up a batch campaign to run an hour before our bi-weekly nuture campaign sends. It has worked beautifully over few sends.
