Transfer leads with no activity in the past 120 days

How can I create a Smart Campaign that transfers leads assigned to Sales that have had no activity in the past 120 days?

 

I am stuck on the activity trigger. In SFDC you can easily create a report that shows: Last Owner Activity Date not equal to LAST 120 DAYS. In Marketo, I don't see how to do this.
