Transfer between stage and production instances

Is there a way to copy over or transfer programs/emails etc. from stage instance to Production instance?? I have all my programs created in stage, and am trying to see how I can move them over to prod without having to redo them.

Hi, Monica.

Yes, you can do this pretty easily. If you're in production and want to move a stage program over:

     1. Click the New dropdown

     2. Click "Import Program"

              

     3. You'll see:

                   

     4. From here, you can choose to bring in from the Marketo Library, your Stage environment, or any other environment you have connected.

          Our Stage environment is called "Talend Development Instance", so we would choose this:

               

     5. After, choose your Import Program

              

     6. In Step 2, choose the Production Campaign Program you want to import the Stage Program into

              

     7. The upload should be done in a minute or two

    This is the correct way, but you need to file a support ticket to provision the link from Sandbox to Production.

      One additional note. If you have any campaigns within the programs, make sure you have the same fields created in both instances, otherwise the program migration will fail.

      You do need to ask Support to connect the two instances using their account strings, if you haven't yet.
