Training New Users

We have started to write a formal training process for new team members. The community is great, as is the certification training, but it isn't specific enough to our business. Any recommendations on how to approach training?

I'd include some of the resources in the University section of the community. If you go into University there is a section "New to Marketo?" and under that there are some videos in "Get Some Quick Wins" that may be useful.

Also, I always think it's easier to learn MKTO by practicing so I'd set up some test programs etc for them.
