Where do we go for additional training, our company set it up but I am not sure of where I am supposed to go to get started...

If your a new account, you should have access to training webinars and recordings for the first 90 days in the University section of this community. After this it comes at an additional cost ($1,500). Evertyhing else is free to access here in the community or you will have to go outside to Marketo Enablement services or outsourced to Marketo preffered partners.
