Tracking subdomains using munchkin

Hi - we have the tracking code as normal on our main website i.e www.website.com

We also have a subdomain site, ie, sub.website.com 

The munchkin code is on both the main website and the sub domain, but for some reason, we cannot track the history of users on the subdomain, even though we can see things like their form submits.

What are we missing? They are both non marketo landing pages

By any chance is your top-level domain, 2 letters such as ".io"?

Hey James,

Could you provide an example URL from the Main domain and the subdomain?  If you don't want to do so publicly, please log a support case with these so that we can help determine the cause of the tracking failure.
