Hello all,

I don't think this is possible but does anyone know if there is a way to track responses to an email? I don't know if there is some cool plug-in with Sales Insight that may work.

Not with Marketo alone. You can use SiftRock (SaaS) or roll your own with Email2DB et al.

    I currently use Siftrock (a Drift company) to track responses and route leads into different smart lists within marketo to push automation. I can't seem to find any other service that does this.
