Tracking Reason A Lead Unsubscribes

Hi everyone,

Is there any way to track  or record the email that caused a lead to unsubscribe from a database via a Marketo field rather than tracking volumes of unsubscribes at a campaign level?

As an example:

Unsubscribed - True
Unsubscribed Date - XYZ

Unsubscribed Reason: Last Email received

This would then being able to track unsubscribes & causation at a lead level, rather than running smart lists by campaign.

    Unsubscribed from Email is a logged activity which has the parameter (i.e. constraint) of Email.

    Here, Email is not the "last email received." It's the email that provoked the action of filling out the Unsubscribe form or of clicking the Unsubscribe button (when the latter is offered by the mail client, principally web-based clients like Gmail and Outlook.com).
