Tracking Program-Specific Link Clicks

We are linking to an existing Marketo landing page from a previous program(program #1) in a new program (program #2). We are trying to track link clicks on this Marketo landing page that stem from program #2.  What is the best way to track the link clicks (specific link on reused specific page) that come from the specific program/campaign/email we are sending for program #2?

Do you mean a Link or you redirected Page 1 to Page 2?

I would just use Visits Web Page: Page 2 inside Program 2. possibly with referrer of Page 1. Might be a couple of other ways.
