Tracking optional questions in a form?

Is there any way to track what form fields are filled out? The situation: our form contains an optional check- box question about food preferences. Can we make a report/ smart list on that other than checking all alert emails manually?

For future: what action flows shall I take to track it?

Thanks!

Helen

Try a smart list

Filled Out Form IS X
Field Y=TRUE

I could not find the 'Field' filter or constraint. Where should it be? Do I do anything wrong?

Hi Elena,
I also don't know where you can find the field Josh mentioned...

When it can just be edited in the form I would just use a combination of "data value changed" and "filled out form". Would that work?

Best regards

The filter is the name of your field. So if your field is called "Food Preferences" -- that's what you would look for in the filter list.

I think I found the solution. It is even easier than that - just to open the list of registered members and change the default view, adding Dietary restriction column. It's getting autopopulated.

Thanks for advice - it made me think in the right direction :)
