I have the Munchkin code in place. Which Smart List(s) and Filter(s) do I need to use to track Marketo landing page links that are shared on my social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

If I understood your question properly, you can use UTM parameters to track the landing page visits from social channels. You can use this free tool to create UTM links. Eg. https://abc.com/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social . Similarly, create UTM links for Linkedin, Twitter, etc.
