"Tracking Link has not been set for this subscription"

This message appeared when setting up the domain for EMAIL links...

Where can I set the "tracking link" for my subscription?  (see image below)

Thanks for taking time to respond!  Actually, we have the CNAME/subdomain all setup and working. That message popped up when saving the info...  I just blurred out the info for the image.

If your IT team already set up the CNAMEs for both LP’s and Emails and the only thing left is to update that field and you got an error, was enough time elapsed for the CNAME  to take effect?
 
I followed this document (https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L3QK) and was lucky that there was no errors your experiencing.
 
Also, when saving changes, browsers can be an issue like IE 8,9 etc.
 
If all else fails, start a support ticket.
