Tracking Leads

Is there a way to track where leads who fill out a form come from without making separate landing pages?  Is there a way to put a source code on the end of the URL and pull a report after?

We would like to know where our registrants are coming from: the website, an email blast, an event/sales rep, etc.

Here are a couple Community articles that should give you the information you are after:

Set a Hidden Form Field From a Default Value, a URL Parameter or a Cookie

Using the URL Builder

Hope this helps!

But does that mean I have to create a separate landing page for each source I want to track?  (i.e. a landing page/URL for the email blast, a landing page/URL for the website, etc.)

You don't have to create a seperaete LP for each source.  You just create url parameters for each source, and then the form will capture those parameters.
