Tracking forwarded emails without forward to a friend link

Hello,

We're having good success with our webinar promotion emails getting forwarded to colleagues, not through the "Forward email to Friend" button, but just being forwarded.

Thus, for each webinar, I have a set of net new leads with the Original Referrer of [Landing Page]?mkt_tok=...

I'd like to know WHICH of my previous leads forwarded the email to this new lead.  Is there a way to parse out the mkt_tok parameter to know who sent it?

The first idea that occurs to me is an inflated Activity Log. 

The Email Link Performance and/or Lead Performance report could help.

If you add email address of original receipient to the link (yourlink.html?someparametername={{lead.Email Address}}), it should get saved in referrer data of a new lead.
