Tracking emails after A/B testing subject lines

Hey!

Does anyone have any recommendations for tracking opens and clicks in smart campaigns when A/B testing? When we currently A/B test subject lines, we seem to lose all of that information even though we have our campaigns set up and activated. Any insight would be greatly appreciated - thanks!

It's hard.

I recommend checking the data every day or every week as long as the test runs and keep that data in a sheet.

Hey Gabrielle,

I would say the easiest way to track A/B tests and provide reporting is to always send A/B test emails through an email program (not via smart campaign) and to use the built in A/B test functionality. You can then report on opens and clicks by pulling a smart list like opened/clicked email is "{ProgramName}.Subject Line Test".
