Tracking Email Engagement

Is it possible to track email engagement from a Marketo Outlook Integration template through a report and not marketo sales insight. We currently do not have MSI set-up and was hoping to see engagement a different way.

What is a Marketo Outlook Integration template? Is this an email template that you've published to MSI?

If you have not setup MSI yet, these are then just email templates in Marketo.  You won't be able to report on email templates anywhere in Marketo, just emails.

Correct, it is a template I've created and published to MSI. So, that makes sense that we wouldn't be able to report on them
