Tracking after SSO

Most of our assets are on our support website.  Contacts are required to login through single sign on.  Somehow through the redirect, all tracking stops.  Has anyone experienced this before, and if so, is there a remedy for it?

The remedy is for the web team to continue to forward the _mkt_tok variable during the registration process, until the person settles on the first page that runs Munchkin.
