Tracking A Video hosted on Consensus

Hello,

I have a video hosted on consenses but it has a form and landing page hosted in Marketo. Am i still able to track the filled out form and send alerts if the video isn't hosted in Marketo?

Hi Iiz,

It's a good idea to move your post into "Products" for feature-related questions so your question can get more exposure.

If a lead fills out a Marketo form, embedded or on a Marketo landing page, you will be able to track that in Marketo.

Any smart campaign that you have setup that will send alerts based on form fill will also work.

If you are concerned about any changes - you can create a smart list > smart list tab is Filled out Form is NAMEOFFORM, and on the leads tab your test lead should be there.

Thank you @Darrell Alfonso. So just to confirm, we have a third party whom created a video for us and the link in the email takes them to that video,if we have a marketo form on that page we can track if they filled out the form? Or only if they are a known lead?

@liz Bonin You will be able to see known leads and net new leads (if they forward the link or find it organically).

Are you looking to report on people that was sent your email and then filled out a form?

There are 2 ways to do that. With a smart list you can say use the filters - Was sent email AND filled out form.

You can also use program success to report on this. Where the first stage is Sent, so everyone in the program who receives the email is changed to the program status "sent" and then if they fill out a form their status is changed to "downloaded content" or something similar.
