Track which device is used to open your email

Is there a way to run a report which tells you what device was used to open up your email. For example, was the email opened up on a laptop, desktop, smart phone....

    Hi Nelson,

    This is a great idea as I don't think there is a fuction to run a report on this. At the moment you can see what device they have opened the email from in the results of the smart campaign but it is a bit manual as you have to click each one individually but it might help you for now until this idea gets passed!

    You can also pull smart lists of your leads on opened email and add constraints for platform, device, is mobile, browser etc. This is less than ideal, but you can run a few lists on an email to pull this and or get a broad sense of desktop vs mobile.

    I'd recommend using a 3rd party for this. We use email on acid for emails which track all the goodness you need in relations to broswer, device, etc and compiles into nice reports.

    Tim McMinn​ do you know if the device tracking constraints in the smart list filter also pull in data from the MSI plugin for google chrome/gmail?
