Track and capture external landing pages + feed into Marketo

Hi there
 

I'm hoping someone can help me as I am fairly new to Marketo. Do you know how I can track and capture data from an external landing page that has not been built in Marketo?


I am looking to capture this data and feed it into Marketo and would be grateful for any guidance. I’ve read about Munchkin but not sure if that’s what I need?

Hi Hanna, yes, you'll want to make sure that your Marketo Munchkin code is on all of the pages that you'd like to track. With that information, your visitors will be cookied and you'll be able to see visits to a page and clicks on that page.

To find your tracking code, you head over to the Admin section, and click on Munchkin. For some information on the code as well as best practices of adding to your pages, check out this article and this article.
