TotalNumberOfOpens, TotalNumberOfClicks of an email

Hi there,

I see marketo captures/displays whether an email is opened, whether an email is clicked..

I want to know, how to get the NumberOfOpens, NumberofClicks of an email by a lead.

i.e if I am a lead, I get a marketing email from marketo, I open it once, twice three times, I should be able to get how many times this email is opened? Is this possible?

I tried the scoring option, but I do not see the scoring available in Email Campaigns.

Yes, this is possible. Use a smart list and bring in the filter "Opened Email" and clear out the default filter of "Date of Activity". Then click "Add Constraint" and select "Min Number of Times". The selection for this constraint (ex. "2"), will populate the smart list with those who have opened the email at least twice.

Note that not all email "opens" are going to be logged as "opens" and there are false positives as well. More info: Email was clicked before it was delivered? It's a link scanner​
