Tokens Intermittently Not Working

Has anyone else noticed tokens that were previously working fine, not working?  I included the {{SP_Send_Alert_Info}} token in a sales alert and it was working fine and then stopped working.  I removed the token and then added it back and that seemed to correct the issue. 

I noticed the same issue with some of my scoring tokens.  Working one second and not the next.
