Tokens in Marketo Sales Insight

As I understand it:

Program and Campaign-level My Tokens: Never work
Lead and System tokens: Work when sent through the MSI plugin, but not when sent from GMail or Outlook

Would love to know if this has changed...

Do you mean tokens in the email? Or tokens in a program which uses MSI as the way to send the emails etc?  Or tokens in the email for "Send Marketo Email"? Can you be more specific?

Since the emails are "housed" in Marketo and referred to in the emails, if they are on the template they will definitely work.  I have used them numerous times as signature lines for my reps, From/Reply to email fields etc.

I'm referring to tokens in templates that are then published to SFDC and within the "Send Marketo Email" feature. I've tried using tokens for hyperlinks but the hyper links did not pull through. I wasnt sure if I was doing something incorrectly or if its just not supported.

Are you using My Tokens or a system token in the hyperlink? The former does not work in MSI.

I'm sending emails from the Outlook plugin and I'm noticing that none of the tokens are working. 

Can anyone please help me with this?
