Tokens for multiple events

We run the same event in multiple locations and want to ensure that we are making the most out of tokens.

If we create a token for each event, do we then utilise these tokens within the form drop down list?  Then which token would we then use within the auto confirmation email regarding the specific booking?  Plus how do we ensure the 'add to calendar' link is for the same specific event?

Are you talking about a webinar event?

When you clone the Program, you can update the content inside My Tokens. You can leave the token itself inside the assets.

Add to Calendar is via the ICS token. You will need to edit it each time. The wording of the ICS link is inside the token.

Hi Josh

Sometimes it will be Webinars, other times we hold the same event but at different locations and on different dates across the country.  However, we would send the same invitation and list all venues and dates on the same form.  Quite often if people can't make the date at their nearest venue, they will travel, hence the reason we like to offer them all options rather than just one if that makes sense?

I will have a look at the ICS token and thank you.
