Is there a token for SFDC Campaign ID?

Or how to create one?

We have Campaign ID in the Campaign object in SFDC.

    You would want to use a program token for this, there isn't one by default.

    +1 on Tim. You have a specific "salesforce campaign" token type in the programs. You can also use a lead field, store the ID in the field and use it as a token.
