Token Default Value

Hello,

I am working on the greeting of my emails and I am using a token as First Name. However, when there is no First Name, I want it to say "Financial Professional" instead of Sir/Madam. How do I change the default value? I don't want to go through every single email and change the default value. However, if this is the only way to do it, let me know. (I created an engagement stream will all the emails around 20 of them and now I have to change the token default value for all of them.)

Hi Idelle,

Unfortunately you'd need to edit each email asset individually if you needed to update the default value of the token.  Alternatively, you could run a Smart Campaign to set a value of "Financial Professional" for any leads without a value in their first name field but that could possibly cause problems down the line with form pre-fill and other things.
