To gate or not to gate? That is the question!
Do you gate your lead nurturing content? You already know who these leads are because they're in your database.
Our market managers and I were dicussing this yesterday. Currently, we do gate the content in our early buying stage tracks. Even though that content may not be gated on our Website, if a lead comes from nurturing we want to measure that AND get more information from them through progressive profiling.
However, gating later stage content (such as case studies) doesn't seem right because it is much more self-serving content.
Just curious how other people handle this.
