To clone an email template from Salesforce to Marketo Sales Insight

Hello,

Is there any way to clone an email template (or even a folder with templates) from Salesforce to Marketo Sales Insight? Or recreating a template is the only solution?

Hey Elena,

Unfortunately there is no way to clone between the systems. You will have to recreate.

As Jeff said, you will need to recreate them in Marketo, because there are specific mktEditable areas you need to add in order to be able to use them as templates within Marketo.

It looks pretty much weird to recreate emails within two integrated applications, but oh well. Thanks for letting me know!
