Timestamp gap

Hi there,

I have a field in Salesforce and the type is Date/Time.  I use Marketo to timestamp the field whenever a box is checked.  Both of SFDC and Marketo have Pacific Daylight Timezone.  However, the hour is always off for 2 hours.  For example, the box checked time is 11AM, but it will show 9AM in that timestamp field.

Anyone knows how to resolve it?

Thanks!

Teresa

Hmm, I would just triple check in Marketo Admin what your timezone settings are. I can't think of another reason for the discrepancy.

Are you sure the server time for the SFDC instance is PDT and not just the display time?

Can you be more specific about how you are filling this field, as well as how you are viewing the value of the field?
