Timestamp equal today?

Is it possible to make a timestamp field equal "Today" for a filter, so it always changes for the current day. I can see the calender has a today button which set the date to the date today, but im not sure of this changes automaticly as the days go?

Instead of using the "is" dropdown, change that to "timeframe" and then you will see an option in the dropdown for Today.
