What is the best day of the week and day parts to drop a drip campaign for Blue Collar Customers with incomes of $35K-55K household income?

No idea.

Try testing it with your list. Each group is different. Most rules of thumb say TWR in early morning or afternoon. If this group is I think, then either 6-8am or 4-7pm by mobile would be worth testing first.

Try googling that too and see if anyone did a survey.
