TikTok Ads/Marketo Integration

We're looking to launch TikTok Lead Generation Ads, but we need to make sure the leads can flow into Marketo. It doesn't look like there is a direct integration in Marketo and when I search online the only familiar tool I see is Zapier. I'm wondering if anyone is currently running TikTok ads and what is your process? Are there any other alternatives to Zapier?
