Tie users web page activity to multiple emails in SFDC

We have munchkin code on our web pages. If a known visitor (contact in SFDC) with a primary and a secondary email in SFDc, can we tie the users activity to both emails or just the primary?

I'm pretty sure you can only tie it to the primary. I know you can only tie it to one email address.  So if your contact cookied themself by filling out a form with the email address you are using as the alternate in SFDC it will create a new record in marketo.
