The link in the logo on my marketo emails times out!

Hi, so whenever we send out emails that include our company logo, the link that is supposed to redirect to our home page times out. Im wondering if this has to do with how we have munchkin tracking set up.

Wondering if it matters, but we have the do not track browser request set to ignore. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

This has nothing to do with your issue.

Can you send us the link or example? Is the URL wrapped by marketo or is it a straight URL? Can you access your home page easily from your browser?

Hi Steve,

First of all, supporting the DNT is mandatory in many western countries (not sure for the US). You should enable it.

What do you mean by timeout ? The link is valid only for a certain duration?
