Test emails showing up blank

I've been randomly experiencing yesterday and today some emails showing up blank when I send a test and they arrive in my inbox. I've seen this happen to both HTML and Text versions of emails - it's a template I've used before so I don't believe anything is wrong with my code.

What could cause this? Is this something to be worried about - we need to schedule the email today.
