Test emails not coming through Design Studio

Hello,

We are not getting test emails sent out of the Design Studio. Has anyone run into this issue before? Anyone have thoughts or suggestions?

Can you explain what you intend to do ?

I have often seen that 'send sample" when editing the email does not work, while "send sample" from the main UI does work.

so, when I  send a sample from Marketing activities, it does work.

so in Design Studio, our Marketers create plain text emails as part of larger campaigns, which then our Sales team is able to leverage in Marketo Sales Insight (in SFDC), using "send Marketo email" functionality. 

we created a plain text email today in Design Studio, and want to send a sample. But it doesn't seem to be working. 

any thoughts?

How are you trying to send the sample ?

Try to be more explicit, otherwise, it's pure guesswork, and I am not that good a wizard

check if you have a valid sender email in the respective field. if it refers to a token, check the latter for validity. if the sender email is missing nothing will happen when sending out Test Samples.
