We are having a major issue with test emails being delivered. We have whitelisted the testing IP addresses but still am not having any luck. Our client is having the same issue. Are there any new IP addresses we should whitelist other than the ones listed here? http://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000KypECAS

Does anyone have any other insight into what we can do to fix this? We are lucky to get 1 out of every 5 tests.

Are you sending the tests via a batch smart campaign or from Design Studio?

No, we are just sending test emails by saying 'Send sample' from the drop down under 'Email Options'. This occurs in the design studio and in Marketing Activities. 

What is the batch smart campaign you mention?

Hey Amber--are you sure the test emails are actually going out? I have a lot of clients who have had problems trying to send test emails from programs in engagement streams.

I am not sending from engagement streams. I believe they are going out because at times we send tests to several individuals but only some are receiving them. Some only get Text versions, some only get HTML and some get neither. 

We also deployed a live campaign today and noticed that we had several bounces due to a blacklisted IP. Does Marketo know if some IPs are blacklisted?

On the blacklisted/deliverability question...Are you using a cname to brand your tracking links? This really helps!

We were told by our IT department that they are all set up. Is there somewhere I can look to confirm?

We have seen the same issue from time to time. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. Our IT blames Marketo and Marketo blames our IT. If you get any answers, please let us know.
