Template "Edit Draft" not working

New to Marketo, but following the instructions on how to create an email template. However, when I attempt to "Edit Draft" it opens a new tab to gives me a "Problem Loading Page" error. I've attempted this action in Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer, as well as having a co-worker try on their machine -- same issues. Is there a different option for modifying an email template?

That is the way to update your email template.  Have you tried to preview it?  This sounds like something else is wrong with the template itself.  Does this happen with all templates?  Have you tried to edit a standard template?

If so, then I would call support

    Hi Abbi,

    Hoosh Marketing has an Email Template Builder that allows you to quickly create customized emails, with no coding required. You can create and edit the template in the tool and paste the html directly into Marketo.  There is a Free trial available on the website.
