Template Campaign: Full country to 2 digit country

Many of us us the 2 digit country codes in our marketo and SFDC instances. It would be amazing if there was a templated campaign that we could use looking for country is not 2 digit (list all out) or empty in the smart list. The flow would then list out in one big data value change item with 240+ choices listing ALL full countries changing them to 2 digit country code. This way we don't have to worry about doing this, but we could leverage a templated campaign that marketo offers. I have about 15 countries in a workflow that i'm listening for and changing, but due to lots of integrations not passing over 2 digit country codes -- I'm having to do more manual work. A template like this would be amazing!
