Telemarketing - Intergration via Marketo & SFDC

Has anyone successfully intergrated an external telemarketing agency into Marketo or SFDC. Currently all marketing qualified leads are pushed from Marketo to SFDC for Inside Sales follow-up

Ideally I would like leads to be processed in Marketo and then pused across to SFDC (do not want to change any lead life cycle status within Marketo)

Please could you share any process or ideas on how this can be achieved?

Hi Carly,

Yes did solve that using both Marketo and SFDC custom objects. This will also involve you giving the telemarketing agency access to your CRM systems with additional custom security i.e. blow opps. objects and sensitive information.
