Task created by Marketo in SFDC but no Activity log in Marketo

Hi,

I am facing an issue where the registrants gets synced with SFDC post filling out the Marketo form. The activated setup has no Create Task Flow step in the sync campaign, but still a is task created in SFDC under the lead Activity History tab of the particular lead, but the same is not captured in Marketo Activity Log.

Trying to figure out from where the task has been created though it is not available in the Flow tab of the sync campaign created in Marketo. Can any one help us over here, appreciate your help.
