Taking out certain people from the attendees/registrants list?

Hi All, 

I was wondering if there is a way to take out some of the participants from the attandees list automatically. For example, sometimes we have inhouse people to join our online events and we do have at least 3 people from the company in each event: presenter, host and admin. I want those people not to be counted neither in attandees or registrants list to have the most correct data. Is there a way of doing this? Like exclude all the emails including "@xxxx.org" ?

Are you capturing the member in a list? If so, you can have the smart campaign have something like:

Smartlist
1. fills out form (webinar form)

Flow
1. send confirmation email
2. Add to List (put an IF condition -- IF email address not contains "@xxx.org)

You can do what Anurag suggested above or you can create a Trigger in the Smart List for fills out form and drag in a filter for email address = xxx.org. In the Flow, there is an option to Remove from List.
