I was trying to use the {{system.viewAsWebpageLink}} to insert the webpage link it isn't working. the error said that the token key not found. Any ideas?

Would you like use this {{system.viewAsWebpageLink}} token in your landing page or email? This token is only for email.

When do you get this error? Is it on approval?

OK, I just did this and it worked fine for me. Must be something weird related to your specific case- can you reach out to support?

I am getting this error as well. I used the token in an email template. It was approved fine. 
 

When I create an email using that template and try to send it or approve it, I get an error.

I have added the  {{system.view​AsWebpageLink}}   ,  the token shows an error when approving the email draft.

Of course, because if you use this link in templates, when you create new email and open it, Marketo redrenig all links and your link is href="{{system.view%E2%80%8BAsWebpageLink}}" - IS NOT CORRECT.

You have to correct every time href="{{system.viewAsWebpageLink}}"

or copy it in your template href="{{system.viewAsWebpageLink:default=}}"
