Syncing List of names from Marketo to SF as Contacts

Does anyone know if it's possible to sync a list of names from Marketo database to SFDC and have everyone go in as a contact (if they aren't in SFDC database)? As of now, when we sync over a list, a person will be added to SFDC as a lead if they are NOT in SFDC already, while if they are already in SFDC, Marketo will just update the record with new/updated info. Interested to see if this is possible.

There really isn't a way to do this on the Marketo side due to the requirements of attaching Contacts to Accounts upon conversion, along with any other custom field dependencies in the conversion process in your org.  

I would suggest pinging your SFDC administrator and ask to install a free plugin like like this to mass convert your leads, post-upload: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000004g33vEAA
